I can always rely on Courthouse Imports. My car was giving me trouble that morning. I towed it to them and by that afternoon they were able to call me back. They are dependable, courteous, kind, and trustworthy. They were not able to determine what was wrong with the car so they just charged me for full diagnostics. I could’ve taken it someplace else and they could’ve charged me for something I would’ve not known anything about so I really appreciate their honesty.

This was my first time using Courthouse Imports. I’ve always used the dealership. My 2006 slk350 was in need of some tlc to get her back on the road. I brought her in knowing that she needed new shocks, air conditioning work, and inspection. They did diagnostics and provided me with a list of what she needed and a quote. I couldn’t afford to do all the work so they only did the work necessary to pass inspection (which is what I asked for). I will definitely be bringing her back for the rest of the work. Scott was very straightforward and nice to work with. They kept me updated and the work was done in a timely manner. Lastly I felt the prices were fair and I didn’t feel taken advantage of like I did EVERY time I left the dealership. Thanks Scott and team.
